Abstract
The main objective of this work is to report on the evaluation and
Grings company performance and training methods.
In the work environment, evaluation is necessary to give direction to the
growth and development for a constant improvement in the company. O
performance evaluation process aims at the continuous development of
professionals and their organization.
Due to changes in work and organizations, the
demand for performance evaluations using training methods
with the objective of enabling better results for the company. for these and
others it is important to keep employees motivated, training is the
most suitable tool for the development of skills and
skills in employees, making them more productive, creative and
innovative , so that they contribute for the company to become increasingly
better and more competitive.
