dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation formulated by Eduardo, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who asked about the possibility of having to provide a Letter of Full Powers to represent the Brazilian nation in an audience with the United Nations (UN), which will be held within two days from the current date. In addition, he highlighted a doubt about the possibility of the consultant, as Minister, having the competence to hold public servants involved in a corruption scandal accountable. He also asked if he would be responsible for the environmental damage caused on his property, even though the right polluter was Quinzinho, his employee who has worked on his farm for years, which is located in the interior of the state of Tocantins. dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada por Eduardo, Ministro das Relações Exteriores, que questionou a respeito da possibilidade de ter que providenciar uma Carta de Pleno Poderes para representar a nação brasileira em uma audiência com a Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), que será realizada em dois dias a partir da atual data. Ademais, ressaltou uma dúvida sobre a possibilidade do consulente, como Ministro, ter competência para responsabilizar os servidores envolvidos em um escândalo de corrupção. Indagou, também, se seria o responsável pelos danos ambientais causados em sua propriedade, mesmo que o poluidor direito tenha sido Quinzinho, seu funcionário que trabalha na sua fazenda há anos, sendo esta localizada no interior do estado de Tocantins. Por último, aproveitou para questionar sobre o valor do benefício previdenciário de seu funcionário, indagando a respeito da possibilidade de que ele receba um valor inferior a um salário mínimo, como o próprio lhe contou pelo celular.pt_BR
