ESTRATÉGIAS EMPRESARIAIS: FOOD TRUCK RIC MANIA

Abstract

The extension project aims to insert UNIFEOB students in real situations of the market, through the assistance provided by them to companies in São João da Boa Vista. Promoting this interaction between students and companies, it is possible that both sides benefit: students will increasingly acquire knowledge for their profession and to the market, while the entrepreneur will receive help in his business, consequently identify and solve possible problems. In this semester, the students of the fourth module of Economic Sciences have for objective to create administrative strategies for the Ric Mania kiosk installed in the UNIFEOB premises, so this project will contribute to an assessment of food truck, specializing in oriental food. These strategies aim at legal knowledge, financial and administrative functions in order to improve the company's performance through the market and adversities. During this project, a description of the evaluated kiosk will be presented, where the company's registration data and other information deemed relevant are observed. After For this, the legal part will be addressed, where the rules followed to continue the company operations. Subsequently, the data obtained with the entrepreneur, of their expenses and profits, where budgetary and strategic management will be carried out of tributes. And finally we will carry out the strategic management to improve the weaknesses and highlight its strengths, aiming at strategies to avoid crises and take advantage of opportunities.
