Abstract

Our objective with the development of this Integrated Project is to analyze the Ynner company's supply chain, ensuring that it is properly structured and optimized, given that the more precise, agile and efficient it is, the better the results achieved by the company and the greater the chances of maximizing corporate profits, ensuring greater control and fluidity at all stages of the production process and increasing the level of customer satisfaction. Due to its scope and relevance, achieving this goal allows the company to achieve other, more restricted objectives that are linked to different sectors of the business.
