dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation formulated by Eduardo, regarding the case described below, in which he questions: the need for the Minister of Foreign Affairs to provide the Letter of Full Powers for the representation of the Brazilian nation in the hearing with the UN, the obligation the responsibility of the civil servants involved in the corruption scandal, the responsibility of the consultant to repair the environmental damages that occurred on his property and the possibility of receiving a social security benefit of less than the minimum wage.pt_BR
