Óleo de soja: transgênico ou não transgênico no Brasil

Abstract

This article aims to highlight the importance of analyzing labels on genetically modified foods, specifically soybean oil. This analysis was made by comparing the ingredients and labels of these products, being them transgenic and non-transgenic. And it was concluded that the vast majority of soybean oils found in Brazilian markets are of transgenic origin.
