Abstract

With the growing demand for artisanal sweets, the company Doces do Mário opted to use a management system and invested its expectations in this, seeking to optimize its sales and better manage its processes. The objective of our group is to provide the system already developed for the company, organized and well-structured, so that the company can have more efficient and secure management of its information. Through the system, the company will have a greater understanding of its customers' profile, and thus, it will be possible to identify consumption patterns and offer products that best meet their needs.
