Abstract

In this present work we elaborated an analysis of the past context of the case study of the state school Senador Coelho. It was found by the teaching supervision a difficulty to explain about the establishment of school management. It is evident the need for the institution to renew itself in the face of the challenges and adversities that arise in the course of practice and it must also create mechanisms to act in the face of difficulties, thus responding to the priorities and difficulties of the school environment. We discuss propositions of actions suggested by the supervisor, in view of the work, it is clear how important it is to have a well-managed school management.
