dc.description.abstractIn this academic work developed during the 2nd Module of Accounting Sciences, we emphasize the importance of an institution to enhance projects for ecological advancement, thus building a sustainable platform between the organization and the social body. In reference to Human Behavior in Organizations, we aim to recognize the importance of organizational reciprocity along with environmental evolution.
