Abstract
The creation of a company and its objectives can be given for several reasons,
regardless of what these are, one thing is certain: profit is paramount and
Efforts must be directed towards this. Therefore, in addition to generating products and services
that meet the needs of the market, companies need to maintain their
committed employees and reaching their maximum productivity to achieve
of the stipulated goals.
In this sense, discussions arise around tools and methods to
keep employees motivated and with goals aligned with those of the company. THE
implementation of a career plan reflects directly on the motivation and satisfaction of
employees who begin to reap the fruits of their efforts and goals
traced and recognize their importance within their workplace and the company
guarantees the continuity of good professionals in its teams. It's a game of
win-win.
The present work has as object of study the analysis of the career plan,
positions and salaries, as well as personnel management and labor obligations of the
company Bem Brasil Ltda, leader in the market of frozen pre-fried potatoes and
that stands out among the Brazilian companies with the highest levels of satisfaction among
your collaborators.
