Abstract
In this IP we address the job and salary plan of the company UNIMED where
we will analyze the functions, attributions and responsibilities of each position, in addition to the
salary specification, where its main characteristics is equality, that is, the plan is
developed and implemented without any prejudice or favoritism.
A good job and salary plan helps maintain the company's internal balance,
in addition to ensuring due recognition to employees.
