Abstract

Understanding how sport in Brazil can be seen in a more different, from sports initiation to high performance, knowing that we have the need to work with the youth/athlete in all areas of intellectual, human and sporting development. This research will explain the attitudes and skills of the professionals involved in this process, the coach and the young/athlete, how will the development of this coach and this young person respect their process of human and motor development to become a great athlete.
