Abstract

Based on the researched data on the loss of 50% of participation of Vigor Alimentos S.A in the company Itambé Alimentos, succeeded by CCPR/Itambé, we analyze that the loss harmed the company Vigor Alimentos S.A in 2017, which was the year of the decision of the event . CCPR/Itambé's justification was that it wanted to exercise its preemptive right to acquire 100% of the company, without previously consulting Vigor Alimentos.
