A COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE AS EQUIPES NO CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL: UNIFEOB

Abstract

The Integrated Project (IP) aims to show the analysis of the communication between the teams in the organizational context. The company chosen for this research was UNIFEOB, founded in 1965 by Octávio da Silva Bastos, together with a group of visionaries, presented São João da Boa Vista with his first non-profit university. The objective was clear: to bring to the region the formation of quality in the most diverse areas of knowledge, thus contributing to its economic and social development. To carry out the work, we will use the subjects studied during the semester. Human behavior in organizations that will be known the concepts, fundamentals and organizational behavior systems, as well as knowledge practices (knowledge management), the influence of organizational behavior on the company and job satisfaction.
