Abstract

In this integrated project, aspects related to teams, their behaviors and the possible difficulties to work in an integrated way, harmonious and united. Conceptualize the team and address the individual behaviors that contribute to interaction in these environments. As every organizational nucleus there are difficulties, they will be exemplified some possible problems and difficulties that can be found in the group work and how to handle it correctly.
