SISTEMAS DE GESTÃO AMBIENTAL E SEUS IMPACTOS SOCIAIS: PETRÓLEO BRASILEIRO S.A (PETROBRAS)

Abstract

The present work aims to approach and analyze the environmental impacts caused by the activities of one of the largest companies in the world, Petrobras, and the measures implemented to mitigate or remedy these impacts. More specifically, the implementation and application of an EMS (Environmental Management System) will be analyzed in detail, in with the ISO 140001 standard, and the main possible impacts generated by the implementation of this system, for the environment and for society.
