Abstract

Much has been discussed about the importance of having an organizational climate favorable to the good being of the collaborators, but there are many assumptions of what to be done for this to become real in the company. That said, this consulting project will have as its main objective to identify points of improvement that the chosen company has at this moment around the aspect of people management. Once this survey is carried out, ideas and projections of what can be carried out in the establishment, so that not only the organizational climate as a whole improve itself, but also the motivation of each employee; the decision making of entrepreneurs who will be able to be more assertive based on the good relationship acquired, which therefore leads to a better view of what happens in the company; develop goals and realistic and appropriate metrics that meet the needs of the organization; identify if the functions of each employee is being fulfilled in the ideal way without overloading or non-fulfillment of the same and consequently, to obtain an objective leadership and focused on the data obtained to develop an optimal plan for growth of the company, which is also reflected in the perception of customers, who can collaborate so that the it is a potential market reference in this area.
