dc.description.abstractIt is known that the Industrial Revolution was a great historical landmark in humanity. The substitution of artisanal work for waged production and with the use of machines began in Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries. At that time little importance was given to the workers who worked in the factories, the great focus of the owners and partners of the industries was with the increase of the profit and the largest volume of production possible, even if that meant poor working conditions and wages low.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoSabe-se que a Revolução Industrial foi um grande marco histórico na humanidade. A substituição do trabalho artesanal pela produção assalariada e com o uso de máquinas começou na Europa nos séculos XVIII e XIX. Nessa época pouca importância era dada aos operários que trabalhavam nas fábricas, o grande foco dos proprietários e sócios das indústrias era com o aumento do lucro e o maior volume de produção possível, mesmo que isso significasse más condições de trabalho e salários baixos.pt_BR
