Abstract

It is known that the Industrial Revolution was a great historical landmark in humanity. The substitution of artisanal work for waged production and with the use of machines began in Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries. At that time little importance was given to the workers who worked in the factories, the great focus of the owners and partners of the industries was with the increase of the profit and the largest volume of production possible, even if that meant poor working conditions and wages low.
