Abstract

This is a consultation made by Ms. ISABEL to which she comes to narrate, in summary, the following facts: She is a foreigner, of Bolivian nationality, being admitted in Brazil together with her husband José and her son Pedro. They remained in shelter for a while and then came to occupy an abandoned property in the District of Paranapiacaba, in the municipality of Santo André. She reports that she got a job at a rural property owned by Marcelo. She learned that her husband was being prosecuted in Venezuela and that there was a decision ordering the payment of maintenance for a child from an extramarital relationship.
