Abstract

Here, we will present the trajectory of one of the largest and pioneering digital banks in Brazil, dealing with serving its public with the advantages of account handling at no cost over basic services. We will show the great transformation that took place in the bank, from the change of name, to the field of activity, going from finance in mortgages to payroll loans, consolidating itself and becoming one of the best known names in the current field.
