Abstract
During the pandemic, which began in 2019, several sectors saw a decline in their economies due to the actions taken to contain the spread of the virus, causing local companies and businesses to close their doors, resulting in losses. As a result, e-commerce grew during the period of isolation, as it was a way for consumers to return to making their purchases and also due to the fact that many preferred using the internet rather than leaving home. is certainly able to deal with the crisis, as it has been seen that it is a business that is increasingly renewing itself with new consumption behaviors and ensuring greater trust for its consumers. The expectation is that this growth will be continuous, as it is inserted in several industries such as: food, pharmaceuticals, real estate, vehicles, advertising and others. Statistical data demonstrates the increase in the use of digital platforms, as growth is reflected due to the pandemic.
