Abstract

The teacher's attitude is completely wrong, as he, as a transforming agent and mediator, must be attentive to the socialization dynamics between students. When a student feels humiliated by the opinion of their peers, this can become a more serious problem within the school environment. Physical or verbal violence can cause great psychological damage to those who suffer. The educator, as a person close to the students, must be aware of this, he must make his students reflect on the problem. Differences exist and respecting them is essential for coexistence in society. When the teacher ignores the problem, placing more emphasis on the bimonthly fulfillment than on the verbal violence that the student is suffering, he fails to fulfill his role as a transformative agent. The school, together with the school community, must discuss ways to prevent this type of behavior from happening. Initially, one must understand how this type of situation can affect the student's life. The important point is to get the entire community to reflect on the issue. Therefore, it is essential to develop activities that lead students to reflect on this form of violence; Activities such as conversation circles, lectures, films, are examples of activities to start dealing with this type of situation.
