Abstract

In this project we will talk about the proposal to create a new venture, and also how “BRAINSTORMING” helps to develop our ideas to undertake and open a new business. And so create a synthesis for entrepreneurial management and strategic management where we will talk about the profile of the venture, sources of capital and proposal for a new venture, and don't forget to talk about the mission, vision and values of a new business.
