Abstract
The project aims to demonstrate the strategic planning of the new PREÇO PREMIUM - ME venture. This planning will be a type of “GPS” so that the actions to be carried out during a specific period are aligned with the organizational purpose. That is, we will establish present activities considering their future impact.
