Abstract
Training and development are essential for the progress of a company, where its actions are taken to achieve the objectives together with the performance evaluation. Performance evaluation is a great way to identify the best courses and training that your employees need. Providing employees with personal and professional growth is a competitive advantage compared to the market, since having employees looking for innovation is a chance to leverage business. It is important to be well with yourself to work, so companies should invest in self-knowledge and performance evaluation can be a great way to get employees to know each other, since they can evaluate themselves and thus identify what improvements need to be made.
