Abstract
Nowadays, training is presented as one of the most
important for organizational development, for this reason companies
begin to evaluate the performance of human resources as a more
important for their growth, seeking planning with educational proposals
for its employees in the workplace, with a main focus on training and
develop the individual and collective skills of its employees.
In this integrated project we will present training and development models
organizational structure and its main concepts, indications, stages and processes and also
evaluation techniques and evaluation models and the importance of studies and
training and development procedures, for the company to remain strong in the
organizational market seeking its growth.
