Abstract

Faced with a scenario where business competitiveness is increasingly fierce, organizations should seek tools that help them in measuring their results in order to achieve a better analysis for their decision making, to achieve their goals and have a competitive advantage in the market. Managers need increasingly assertive tools and instruments with reliable accuracy, so that they are increasingly successful in their decision-making, can develop new strategies, set goals and have a better view of their business and industry in the market in which they are inserted.
