Abstract

In this part of the work, we will present a proposal for a new venture, in which we will use entrepreneurial management ideas, as well as the entrepreneur's profile and sources of capital. Through this new entrepreneurial proposal, we will present ideas for strategic management, such as a business strategy, its mission, vision and values for the new business.
