Abstract

The objective of the project is to identify three labor liabilities of the company Cooxupé and through them, to define and fit them about non-conformities in the norms stipulated in the CLT - Consolidation of Labor Laws, also to identify the problem that caused the liabilities and for Finally, in the Labor Liabilities Management part, present a solution so that the liability does not happen again.
