Abstract

To carry out the project we chose the company Matheus Yuri Rodrigues da Silva 43076781847 (Construtora MY7), which is a small organization because in the midst of the moment we are living, with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have objective to help small companies to remain in the market and to develop the best way. With the help of the disciplines: Personnel Department - contributed to give us knowledge about Labor Laws and labor calculations performed on the worksheet payment of each employee; Positions, Salaries and Career Plan - had as objective to help us create, develop and analyze a career plan and its relationship with positions and salaries; Performance Assessment - tool that is used in Performance Management People to analyze the performance of each professional within their functions developed, what are the goals to be achieved and how it can improve; Leadership and Coaching - helped us to analyze the company's leadership profile chosen, how the leader can develop people focusing on sustainable results and Talent Selection and Retention - which aimed to create a process of recruitment and selection in the organization; it was possible to carry out a complete analysis in all areas involving the Human Resources area.
