Abstract
The Performance Appraisal is a systematic measure of the performance of each
employee within an organization. With the evaluation, it is possible to monitor
of work activities and decisions for the development of each one's skills
of team members, which influences the results, the review of goals and
proposed objectives. It is also possible to identify positive and negative points of each
integral part, for the evolution of the same and of the company. However, the structuring and
application of an efficient performance evaluation that brings the desired objectives,
is a challenge for companies, given the constant changes in the context in which
operate; therefore they must be well structured and well applied, so that they do not interfere
negatively on company strategy and employee well-being
