A comunicação entre as equipes no contexto organizacional

Abstract

In this project I will bring the company named Akon Engenharia to read and analyze the communication between the teams in the organizational context and how they take into account some specific points such as: human behavior in organizations, teamwork, difficulties to work as a team, how communication and expression are put into practice, effectiveness in written communication and ending in effectiveness in oral communication I will bring a brief conclusion of reasoning about how we deal day-to-day within the company, ending, the conclusion.
