Abstract

The budget is a valuable tool for planning and controlling the company's operations, whatever its field of activity, nature or size. It establishes, as precisely as possible, how the company's business is expected to run, generally within a minimum period of one year, providing a very approximate view of the future situation. It is through the budget that goals are established with the team, thus giving a clear vision of where the company wants to go.
