Restauração da fachada do hotel São Paulo

Abstract

For this semester's integrated project, it was proposed that we choose an inactive work due to some pathology and manage it, from choosing the materials to be used, and choosing professionals specialized in the subject, to the development of a construction mapping to observe particularly each pathology found in the work, thus obtaining a better result. The chosen work was the renovation and restoration of the facade of the Hotel São Paulo, located in the city of Águas da Prata-SP. The hotel was built around the year 1920, it served as the head quarters and was listed for such historical importance for the city. The hotel has been abandoned for over 20 years. In order to carry out this project, we contacted the owner of the place in question, we asked for his permission to take pictures of the place and thus work on top of what was found.
