dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation made by Consultant Lívia in order to clarify doubts arising from her personal experience. The Consultant reported that, as a child, while living with her four brothers, her mother and her uncle, she was sexually abused more than once by the latter, named Sérgio and known by the nickname “Lorota”. Furthermore, Lívia sought out the authorities and reported the incident when she was nineteen years old and already living in the capital of São Paulo, where she is studying Administration. Thus, a police investigation was opened to investigate the facts at the 1st Women's Police Station in Francisco Morato, where the police report and statements made by Lívia were registered.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada pela Consulente Lívia a fim de sanar dúvidas advindas de sua experiência pessoal. A Consulente narrou que, na infância, enquanto residia com seus quatro irmãos, sua mãe e seu tio, foi abusada sexualmente, mais de uma vez, por este último, denominado Sérgio e conhecido pelo apelido “Lorota”. Para mais, Lívia procurou as autoridades e denunciou o ocorrido quando tinha dezenove anos de idade e já residia na capital paulista, onde cursa Administração. Desse modo, foi instaurado um inquérito policial, para apuração dos fatos, na 1ª Delegacia da Mulher de Francisco Morato, onde foram registrados o boletim de ocorrência e as declarações prestadas por Lívia.pt_BR
