| dc.description.abstract | This project was carried out by students of the 3rd module of Accounting Sciences, whose objective is to analyze the Labor Liabilities of a particular company, what the impacts caused, and thus create solutions based on studies carried out by all units, which are: Labor Liabilities, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In the Management of Labor Liabilities discipline, the Labor Liabilities that the organization has will be developed and presented, the amount that was defaulted by the company and we will propose some possible forms of solution and contingency. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Esse projeto foi realizado pelos alunos do 3° módulo de Ciências Contábeis, cujo objetivo é analisar os Passivos Trabalhistas de uma determinada empresa, quais os impactos causados, e assim criar soluções com base nos estudos feitos por todas as unidades, que são: Gestão de Passivo Trabalhistas, Estatística Aplicada, Métodos Quantitativos Aplicados aos Negócios, Contabilidade Geral e Finanças Corporativas. A empresa escolhida sendo ela fictícia é a Padaria Real, que contém 12 funcionários, onde foram criados Passivos Trabalhistas, que serviram de base para montar toda a análise e todos os cálculos do Projeto Integrado. Na disciplina Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas, serão desenvolvidos e apresentados os Passivos Trabalhistas que a organização possuí, qual o valor que foi inadimplido pela empresa e iremos propor algumas possíveis formas de solução e contingenciamento. | pt_BR |
