Abstract

This project was carried out by students of the 3rd module of Accounting Sciences, whose objective is to analyze the Labor Liabilities of a particular company, what the impacts caused, and thus create solutions based on studies carried out by all units, which are: Labor Liabilities, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In the Management of Labor Liabilities discipline, the Labor Liabilities that the organization has will be developed and presented, the amount that was defaulted by the company and we will propose some possible forms of solution and contingency.
