Abstract

Nowadays, the tax burden in Brazil is increasing more and more, so companies are looking for ways to reduce costs and expenses. One of the main mistakes made by start-ups and even those that have been around for some time is poor tax planning. The mortality of Brazilian micro and small companies that are in the first years of existence reach 70%, due to bad planning or lack of it (DORNELLAS, 2008). The general objective of this work is to carry out a study of Natura Cosméticos company and propose an adequate tax regime, in order to minimize the payment of taxes.
