Abstract

This paper presents a case study on Natura Cosméticos S/A, considering aspects related to its Environmental Management and its sustainability model. The company can be considered a model of corporate citizenship and socio-environmental responsibility, a fact that, combined with its growing economic and financial performance, makes it one of the most remembered companies in Brazil and significantly raises the value of its shares on the stock exchange.
