Abstract
An ethical and sustainable company that contributes to a better world. The idea is to create a sustainable restaurant. In other words, a restaurant that cares about the fate of waste and leftovers, that avoids waste, that values the environment and uses proven foods that ensure profitability and responsibility for the environment and for the future of all.
