Abstract
This scientific article seeks to provide the necessary information in order to have the proper
perception of the importance of well-executed administration, exercised by a professional
adequate and competent, a professional who, in addition to the necessary skills, must also
be responsible not only for the work carried out, but for all the actions of the
organization. In this sense, we carried out a case study to evaluate the positioning
administrative and marketing strategies used by Eufena during the pandemic.
Located in Vargem Grande do Sul, in the interior of SP. Eufena Boutique is a store
multibrand, known for the quality and versatility of the pieces. We soon concluded that the
EUFENA, during the pandemic, learned through its administration, marketing strategy
and use of social networks, leverage your sales and stay "alive" in the market.
