Abstract
This research will address the theme sustainability within the context of CTM Transportes, located in the city of Aguaí, interior of São Paulo. During the project will be analyzed the sustainable actions already taken by the organization, aiming at their improvement and also studying new ways to increase the sustainable development of the company.
