Abstract
This project aims to assess how personnel management is carried out in the
company Vidraçaria Santo Expedito, located in the interior of the state of São Paulo and
provide advice indicating improvements that can be made.
For development, we rely on learning from five important
units of study of the sixth module: Performance Assessment which is a tool
of the management process that measures data analyzed in the assessment by competences.
Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, where we mapped positions,
direction of a career plan, and the question of salary research. Department
where we approach the topic of CBO (Brazilian Occupational System) and the
functions of each position, compensation policies, vacation, thirteenth, and overtime
and labor laws and calculations. Talent Selection and Retention with the aim of creating
recruitment and selection process, also discusses the selection system adopted
by the company, as is the interview and the dynamics carried out during. And finally,
Leadership and Coaching that aims to apply training to more and more
develop skills.
