| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this interdisciplinary project is to highlight the processes of integrated logistics, analyzing the processes including the structure of the supply chain, marketing mix, training, personal development, strategic cost management and financial analysis. Based on the study of these tools, analyze the company's market to highlight and diagnose possible failures and assist in decision-making at a managerial and strategic level. Integrated logistics proposes to study complex systems in a global way, in a way that the existing relationships between the different parts are considered, and not try to improve a part to the detriment of the whole. In the area of logistics, this vision made room for integrated planning, and this to the analysis of the total cost, which, although it seems very simple today, was a great leap for the study of logistics 50 years ago. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O objetivo deste projeto interdisciplinar é evidenciar os processos da logística integrada, analisando os processos incluindo a estrutura da cadeia de suprimentos, compostos de marketing, treinamento, desenvolvimento pessoal, gestão estratégica dos custos e analises financeira. Com base no estudo dessas ferramentas fazer a analise de mercado da empresa para evidenciar e diagnosticar possíveis falhas e auxiliar nas tomadas de decisões de nível gerencial e estratégico. A logística integrada se propõe a estudar os sistemas complexos de maneira global, de forma que as relações existentes entre as diferentes partes sejam consideradas, e não se tente aperfeiçoar uma parte em detrimento do todo. Na área de logística, esta visão abriu espaço para o planejamento integrado, e este à análise do custo total, que embora pareça muito simples hoje em dia, foi um grande salto para o estudo da logística há 50 anos. | pt_BR |
