Abstract
Creation of new business requires knowledge in the area to which success is desired, qualification to act and knowledge to highlight the business of other competitors will be a differential. But it is not only knowledge in the chosen area of activity that will be required for the birth of the company, knowledge of the legal rules applicable to business activity is of paramount importance to the expected success. During the planning, organization and conduct of the company, it is indispensable to know what is prohibited and obligatory for the commercial activity. When opening a company, it is necessary to think about the set of factors for the performance of the activity, individually or through a company, to define the business name, title of the establishment, the location point and also the future hiring to perform the business. job.
