| dc.description.resumo | Como principal objetivo nosso grupo pensou em trabalhar usando uma ferramenta chamada ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) a fim de melhorar os lados sociais e ambientais da empresa, porém depois de um estudo e perguntas sobre a empresa descobrimos que a empresa já está bem avançada na faceta ambiental, mas que tinha alguns problemas em relação ao home office, Para Brik (2013), “ home office é um termo para definir o trabalho remoto, também conhecido como teletrabalho.”. O dono da empresa relatou não estar tendo bons frutos com o fato dos colaboradores home office não terem certa experiência do dia a dia, falta de vivência no escritório, tendo em vista este ponto fraco o grupo decidiu mudar seu rumo e trabalhar em cima desta fraqueza, decidimos melhorar o trabalho híbrido da empresa. | pt_BR |
