Abstract

The IP theme is “TECHNOLOGY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR”, it will be addressed in this project an analysis of the use of technology in the public sector management process. During the project we will talk about the instruments that make up the planning and budget for public administration management, where we will see the law of tax liability - Complementary Law No. 101 of May 4, 2020, and Law No. 4,320/64 establishing general rules of financial law for the preparation and control of budgets and balance sheets of the Union, States, Municipalities and the Federal District. Still in this topic, we will talk about the three brands that define and make up the model public administration budget, pluriannual plan (PPA), law guidelines (LDO) and annual budget law (LOA).
