dc.description.abstractThis is a query formulated by Luana, with questions referring to various areas of law. The consultant informed that she had purchased a car from a parking lot in the city of Machado, and that at the time of the removal of the vehicle, a confusion occurred, related to an irregularity with the wheels. It so happens that the vehicle skidded and collided with a rock wall. Luana was not seriously injured, but her colleague Cecília, due to the non-functioning of the passenger's airbag, suffered serious injuries, causing Luana to be arrested in the act of committing the crime of bodily injury.pt_BR

A consulente informou que havia comprado um carro de um estacionamento na cidade de Machado, e que no momento da retirada do veículo uma confusão ocorreu, relacionada à uma irregularidade com as rodas. Ocorre que o veículo derrapou e colidiu com um paredão de pedras. Luana não se feriu gravemente, porém sua colega Cecília, devido ao não funcionamento do airbag do passageiro, sofreu sérias lesões, fazendo com que Luana fosse presa em flagrante pela prática do crime de lesões corporais.pt_BR
