Abstract

This project aims to develop a performance assessment study within a given company. In this interdisciplinary project (IP) we will be based on a global company, focusing on the unit installed in the city of Mogi Mirim, the main objective is to gather information and to evaluate the current condition of the company in which the human resources area differs, focusing on the development of leaders and management of varied skills among professionals, showing how different competencies can be a factor of success and profitability for the company. This gives you the opportunity to delve into the chosen area and see more closely how it works in practice.
